Comparison of Menthodex pain relief products by Doshi Laboratories, showing when to use for targeted pain relief, muscle massage, everyday soreness, and relief for children above 2 years

Balm, Oil, or Rub? Here's the difference.

Three products. Three jobs. Most people use the wrong one.

MENTHODEX STRONG PAIN BALM

Thick, stays where you put it. Best for a small, specific spot - temples during a headache, the bridge of the nose during a cold, a stiff neck. Doesn't spread, doesn't drip.

MENTHODEX PLUS STRONG PAIN BALM

Same idea, higher strength. For when the ordinary balm isn't quite reaching.

MENTHODEX LINIMENT OIL

Thin and spreadable. Best for a large area that needs massage - lower back, knees, calves, shoulders. The oil base lets your hands glide, so you can actually work the muscle while the actives absorb.

MENTHODEX RUB

The middle ground. Easy daily application over sore muscles, no massage needed. You can also use Menthodex Rub for Small kids above the age of 2 years. Apply it on nose, Chest and Back for three way action.

The rule of thumb: small spot, use the balm. Large area plus massage, use the oil. Everyday soreness, use the rub.
